Youth Conquer was formed by SPPS to allow students after school to enjoy fun activities while also aiming to help students improve their skills set in different areas.

The Youth Conquer program is currently in 3 schools in Saint Paul Public School. E-STEM Middle School, Hazel Park Middle School and Battle Creek Middle School.

The after school program takes place on Monday and Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00 pm as well as on Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 pm.
